Do you want to live a happy and healthy life? Most people want to live a life just like that but most people aren’t able to do it. The reality is that I shouldn’t even devote a blog post to it since we all know the answer on how to do it. Just ask several people on how you should live a happy and healthy life. They’ll almost all tell you the same stuff. We all know it but most of us don’t do it. It’s strange, isn’t it? That we’re smart enough to figure it out but ignorant when it comes to our actions. We as people tend to make up excuses for why we can’t do something. That’s extremely dangerous since you’re killing your potential.
You’re shooting yourself in the foot and you don’t even realize it. I hate to break it to you but you are your own worst opponent. It’s all up to you. So you’re the one to blame if you can’t live a happy and healthy life. You and no one else. But don’t worry this blog post might help you get back on track. It’s never too late to change. It’ll just take time, effort and perseverance. All the things that make you uncomfortable as a human being.
How to live a happy and healthy life: food and lifestyle
We all know how to be healthy but so many people are putting so many chemicals in their bodies. These things don’t contain the nutrients that you need to be healthy. Many people claim that eating healthy is expensive but look at the bigger picture in the long run. You eat healthily so you’ll be less sick. You have to go less to the doctor, which can be expensive as well, so you’ve got more money to invest in food. Most people are afraid when winter is coming because they’ll know that they’ll get the flu. I’ll get a cold when most people have the flu and that’s a worst-case scenario. You are what you eat and I’m healtylicious.
So eat quality protein (meat or fish), healthy fats, fruit and healthy carbs (things like sweet potato or quinoa). Oh and don’t forget about the vegetables! You need those to be healthy. They’re full of macronutrients that are great for your body. I can eat a whole plate of vegetables after my main meal. Most people will skip the vegetables and that’s just a recipe for disaster. Eating healthy is just as complicated as you make it.
Oh, drink water instead of all those sugary beverages. Yes, I’m talking about soda.
A healthy life and lifestyle
You should get your sleep in check. Most people sleep too little and try to use energy drinks to make up for it. It doesn’t work that way. Make sure that you sleep enough and ditch those drinks. They’re disgusting and bad for your overall health. But sleeping alone isn’t enough to feel better. You should be active every single day. Move your body, lift weights, do some yoga, do a martial art. You’ll feel so much better. Do my busy people workout if you don’t have a lot of time to work out. It only takes 30 minutes.
But there’s one thing that you still need to address. Take care of your stress. Stress is a silent killer that most people neglect. Start to meditate to cope with stress. Do some walking to reflect on things. Be kind to people instead of hating on them. Nobody ever got better by hating on others. Just smile as much as you can. Most people never smile and they don’t even realize it. How can you expect to be happy if you’re not a joyful person? It just doesn’t make any sense.
How to live a happy and healthy life: do what you love
Don’t do something that you don’t like. Do what you want to do. Why would you stay in a job that you don’t like? Are you waiting to die from a heart attack at your job? Do something which you enjoy. A job that fulfills you. Happy people are the best employees. Miserable people won’t be productive since they just don’t want to be at their job. But I get it, you need to earn money. Just do it at a job that turns you into a better person instead of a bitter person.
Be smart with your money. Don’t buy a car/house/boat… that you can’t afford. You shouldn’t go on a loan to buy fancy stuff to impress others. You won’t be happy in the long run. Stuff can’t bring you long-lasting happiness. Buy something which you really can afford.
How to live a happy and healthy life: can I do it?
Let me share with you a quote from one of my favorite books (it’s called Meditations by Marcus Aurelius). He said that you should be able to do something if another person was able to do it. You might have to work harder but you’ll still get it in the end. I like his way of thinking since he’s right. Hard work always pays off.

Did you learn anything new? I’m pretty sure that you didn’t. I just told you what you already knew. You’re just not doing it for some reason. So turn your life around and you’ll feel like a completely different person. I can personally guarantee you that living a healthy and happy life is one of the best things there is. It just takes some courage to do it. So I have one simple question for you before I end this post:
